1. About these terms

• Family Art IVF.
• These terms apply to your use of the familyartivf.com website. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Family Art IVF.
• By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
• Your treatment itself is covered by a separate written agreement, which you receive and sign before anything is booked.

2. Information, not medical advice

• The website gives general information about fertility treatment. It does not replace a consultation with a doctor and is not a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation for you.
• Every treatment decision is made by a doctor after your consultation, tests and examinations.
• Results differ from person to person. No treatment outcome can be promised.
• If you have an urgent health problem, contact your GP, NHS 111 or emergency services.

3. Consultation and booking

• Your first consultation is a free consultation with our UK team. It does not commit you to anything.
• After the consultation you receive a written treatment plan and quote. Treatment is booked only when you accept them in writing.
• Tests and follow-up scans in London take place at our partner clinic in London, MotherScan, booked by our UK team.

4. Prices and payment

• Package prices are shown in pounds and are confirmed in writing before anything is booked.
• Each package lists what it includes and what it does not. Anything not listed as included is paid separately.
• Appointments in London are paid separately to MotherScan at its own prices.
• Payment terms are set out in your written quote and treatment agreement.

5. Who does what

• Family Art IVF organises your journey: your consultation, your appointments in London, your treatment days in Baku or Cyprus, your stay in Baku and your transfers.
• Medical treatment is provided by DNA Clinic in Baku, with procedures at Caspian International Hospital, or by Miracle Hospital in Cyprus. The treating doctors are responsible for medical decisions and care.
• Tests and scans in London are provided by MotherScan, which is responsible for the services it provides.

6. Your travel

• Unless your package says otherwise, flights, visas, travel insurance and any extra nights are arranged and paid for by you.
• You are responsible for having a valid passport and any visa you need for Azerbaijan or Cyprus, and travel insurance that covers your destination and travel for medical treatment.
• Please follow the medical and travel advice our team gives you before and after your treatment days.

7. Using the website

• You may use the website for your own information. You must not use it unlawfully, send false requests, try to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with how it works.
• Information you send through the website must be true and must be your own, or given with the permission of the person it concerns.

8. Content and trademarks

• The text, design, photographs and logos on the website belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use. Any other use needs our written permission.
• Some photographs are used under open licences; their credits are shown next to them.

9. Links to other websites

• The website links to other websites, such as our partner clinic and official visa information. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

10. Accuracy and availability

• We take care to keep the website accurate and up to date, but information can change. Your written quote and treatment plan are what apply to you.
• We may change, suspend or withdraw the website, or any part of it, at any time.

11. Our liability

• We are not liable for loss caused by relying on general information on the website instead of individual medical advice, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

12. Your personal data

• How we use your personal data is explained in our privacy policy and cookie policy.

13. Changes to these terms

• We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. The version in force when you use the website applies.

14. Law and courts

• These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the courts of Baku have jurisdiction.
• If you are a consumer, this does not take away any protection given to you by the mandatory law of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim there.

15. Complaints

• If you are unhappy with our website or our service, write to [email protected]. We confirm receipt within 5 working days and aim to give you a full answer within 30 days.
